Fall is here, and we're ready to celebrate together! St. Matthew's Weekday School's second annual Fall Festival will take place during the school day on Friday, October 30.
A Celebration for Every Family
We know our families celebrate this season in different ways. Our Fall Festival will focus on the things children love about fall: being outdoors, playing games, making crafts, and spending time with friends.
The children will visit decorated car trunks, play fall-themed games, create festive crafts, enjoy outdoor activities, and receive treats or small trinkets.
We're looking forward to seeing the fun fall themes and creative ideas our families bring to this year's celebration.
How Families Can Join In
Our families help make this day special, and there are two ways to participate:
Decorate a car trunk.
Choose a fall theme, decorate your trunk, and bring treats or small trinkets to share with the children.
Help with a craft or game station.
If decorating a trunk isn't for you, you can still join the fun by helping with a station set up by the school.
Please use our SignUpGenius to let us know how you'd like to help.
Fall Fun With Plenty of Learning
As the children move from one activity to the next, they'll make choices, use their imaginations, follow directions, practice taking turns, and enjoy time with their friends. Our teachers will join in, observe the children at play, and encourage them along the way.
Thank you to everyone sharing their time and ideas to help us prepare. We're so glad to celebrate the season with our St. Matthew's Weekday School community on Friday, October 30.
